Judge Won’t Keep Lens Case V. USPTO Under Wraps

Law360 (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has refused to sign off on a proposed order to file under seal all documents containing any "protected information" in a case against the director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office stemming from the agency’s rejection of a patent covering a contact lens method as obvious.
