Russia Says Anti-Doping Whistleblower Was Supplying Drugs

Law360, New York (November 28, 2017, 3:45 PM EST) -- The day after an International Olympic Committee panel backed the former Russian anti-doping executive who blew the whistle on an alleged Russian state-sponsored doping ring, a Russian investigative committee on Tuesday said the whistleblower was actually the one who gave prohibited drugs to athletes and coaches.
