Exxon Slams $6M Fee Request In $20M Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (November 29, 2017, 3:09 PM EST) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. has slammed a $6 million fee request from environmental groups who recently won a $20 million judgment against the company over air pollution, telling a Texas federal court that the groups ran up their bill by litigating meritless issues.
