Class Cert. Sought In Selective Service Firing Suit

Law360, New York (April 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Four men fired from jobs with the executive branch of the U.S. government for not registering with the Selective Service System have asked for class certification, the latest twist in a suit that has seen a rare finding at the district level that an act of Congress is unconstitutional.
