ETP Doesn't Deserve Broad Approval For Pipeline, FERC Says

Law360, New York (November 30, 2017, 9:07 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday stood by its refusal to give Energy Transfer Partners LP blanket approval for construction activities associated with its $4.2 billion Rover pipeline, saying the company can't be trusted to honor that approval after hiding a historic building's demolition from the agency.
