Mexico Appeals WTO Ruling On US ‘Dolphin-Safe’ Tuna Regs

Law360, New York (December 4, 2017, 9:21 PM EST) -- Mexico has filed an appeal notice with the World Trade Organization involving the country’s long-running dispute with the United States over “dolphin-safe” labeling, making good on its promise to appeal a WTO panel ruling that approved revised U.S. tuna labeling regulations.
