1st Circ. Issues Musical Beatles Opinion On Beetle Swarm

Law360, Los Angeles (December 5, 2017, 6:24 PM EST) -- The First Circuit found inspiration in The Beatles for a decision issued Monday in which it found the government didn’t have to get a property owner’s permission before removing 25 trees as part of an effort to stop an infestation of beetles of the nonmusical variety.
