Medtronic Alloy Patent Suit Withstands AGA Assault

Law360 (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed some of Medtronic Inc.'s claims against rival medical device maker AGA Medical Corp. over a line of blood vessel occlusion devices, though she refused to free AGA entirely from Medtronic’s infringement allegations.
