Bill Seeks Oversight Panel For Cap-And-Trade Cash

Law360 (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Rep. Paul Hodes, D-N.H., has unveiled a plan for the creation of an oversight commission to keep tabs on the U.S. government's use of revenue that would be brought in through the proposed auction and sale of greenhouse gas emissions allowances.
