NJ Pol Pays $20K Fine To Resolve Campaign Finance Claims

Law360, Clifton, N.J. (December 6, 2017, 4:55 PM EST) -- Democratic politician Joseph N. DiVincenzo Jr. has paid a roughly $20,000 penalty to resolve alleged campaign finance violations cited by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission, nearly three months after a state appellate court revived the agency's complaint against him and his campaign treasurer, according to documents made available Wednesday.
