Law360, New York (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected Energy Transfer Partners LP's petition for review of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order for an adversary hearing over alleged manipulation of wholesale natural gas prices.
