Chinese Aluminum Cos. Hit With Countervailing Duties

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 6:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has slapped a pair of aluminum extrusion producers from China with countervailing duties after concluding that the companies’ exports of the products to the U.S. were subsidized.
