Media Atty Wins Access To Sealed Docs In Intel MDL

Law360 (April 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing antitrust litigation against Intel Corp. has ordered the production of confidential documents to an outside attorney representing a group of media outlets that has been fighting to get its hands on the sealed records for almost a year.
