Law360, New York (April 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- It is far too early to assess the effects, both on people, and far less important, property and business, of the incipient Swine Flu pandemic.

If, however, events develop so that businesses nationwide close to decontaminate their property on the basis of the presence, or suspected presence, of the Swine Flu virus, those businesses may turn to Business Income — or Business Interruption — insurance to recover their losses.
