Horse Race Officials May Not Be Exempt: 4th Circ.

Law360 (April 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that former horse racing officials at a West Virginia casino may be eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act, reversing a decision by a district court.
