Calif. Appeals Court Reverses Pregnancy-Bias Ruling

Law360 (May 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saying the lower court should have admitted testimony from other women who alleged similar conduct, a California appellate court has revived a discrimination case brought by a woman who said she was fired for being pregnant.
