Wilson Sonsini Adds Antitrust Counsel To Practice

Law360 (September 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is continuing to beef up its antitrust and trade regulation practice, hiring another attorney to join the group from the Federal Trade Commission.

Seth Silber joined the firm this week as of counsel after six years at the FTC, most recently as the antitrust advisor to Commissioner Jon Leibowitz. Silber advised Leibowitz on enforcement issues relating to anti-competitive conduct and mergers affecting industries including the health care, medical devices, media and oil and gas industries.
