Billable Hour Leaves Firms Vulnerable To Attack

Law360 (May 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Some clients, more leery than ever of being overcharged, have taken to the courts recently and launched overbilling suits against major law firms. But legal experts differ as to whether more firms will be targeted overall.
