Jury To Decide Costco, Liberty Mutual Dispute

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Deciding to leave the issue up to a jury, a judge has declined to rule on whether Costco Wholesale Corp. filed a lawsuit within an acceptable time frame against Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. over the denial of excess coverage for losses stemming from a sinking warehouse.
