OPTi Seeks $12M In Further Damages Against Apple

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- OPTi Inc. has asked the court to increase to $31 million the $19 million in damages it won against Apple Inc. a little more than a week after a Texas jury issued a verdict in its favor.
