8th Circ. Upholds Dismissal Of Amway Antitrust Suit

Law360 (May 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has affirmed a judgment that Amway Corp. did not unfairly restrict competition among the individual contractors that distribute its products.

The appeals court on Monday shot down claims from rival distributors that Amway illegally blocked competition from rival businesses through its unique network marketing business model.
