Biz Groups Can’t Block DOL Fiduciary Rule, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge won’t block the U.S. Department of Labor’s fiduciary rule for retirement account advisers while the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and others try to revive their challenge to it, ruling Monday the business groups hadn’t caused the court to question its earlier decision in the agency’s favor.
