Former Wilmington Trust Execs Found Guilty Of Fraud

Law360 (May 3, 2018, 2:31 PM EDT) -- A federal jury in Delaware on Thursday convicted four former Wilmington Trust Corp. executives on a string of criminal conspiracy, securities fraud and related charges for concealing hundreds of millions of dollars in bad commercial real estate loans in a series of disclosures and reports in 2009 and 2010.
