Senate Confirms Ex-Milbank Atty As SEC Commissioner

Law360 (September 5, 2018, 6:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Wednesday confirmed a former Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP corporate and securities law attorney nominated by President Donald Trump to a five-year term on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by a vote of 85-14.
