SunEdison Says It's Poised To Solicit Votes On Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 8:29 PM EDT) -- SunEdison Inc. told a New York bankruptcy court on Wednesday that after resolving several objections to its Chapter 11 plan disclosures and reaching a critical accord with its key creditors, it is in position to move forward with soliciting votes for its exit from bankruptcy.
