Firm Seeks CFPB Sanctions Over Alleged Cordray Talks Delay

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 1:22 PM EST) -- Ohio law firm Weltman Weinberg & Reis Co. LPA on Wednesday asked a federal judge in Ohio to slap the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with sanctions for allegedly attempting to delay allowing the firm to speak with former Director Richard Cordray before he left the bureau.
