Law360, New York (March 6, 2018, 10:30 PM EST) -- The 26-year-old entrepreneur whose plans for a music festival in the Bahamas crashed and burned pled guilty to two counts of fraud in New York federal court Tuesday as part of a plea deal that could land him behind bars for eight to 10 years.
