Billionaire, Fla. Firm To Face Depositions In Sanctions Bid

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 10:19 PM EDT) -- Convicted billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and a representative for the law firm Fowler White Burnett PA will have to sit for depositions in South Florida in connection with another firm's bid to sanction them for allegedly improperly retaining copies of its confidential documents, a federal judge ruled Friday.
