BMW Can't Immediately Appeal In $33M Fisker Clawback Case

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 9:17 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge refused Monday to let BMW immediately appeal a bankruptcy court order keeping alive a $32.6 million clawback suit by the trustee for the estate of electric-car company Fisker, saying there's nothing present to justify such an appeal.
