Deals Rumor Mill: Sears, P.F. Chang's, BP

According to the report, the retailer has tapped New Jersey's Abacus Advisors to sell assets including appliances, tools and store fixtures if Lampert and his hedge fund ESL Investments Inc. fail to score a winning bid. Just days ago, a New York bankruptcy judge approved the sale of $900 million in Sears Holding Corp. intercompany debt to debtor-in-place lender Cyrus Capital Partners after last month's call for new offers found no takers....
