K-V Pharma Reaches $7.5M Deal With Zydus Pharma

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 7:13 PM EDT) -- K-V Pharmaceutical Co. asked a New York bankruptcy judge to approve a $7.5 million settlement between several of its subsidiaries and Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. and Nesher Pharmaceuticals (USA) LLC to resolve outstanding claims related to an asset purchase agreement.
