Kodak, Samsung Reach $37M Deal Over Printer Supply Contract

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 6:16 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge approved a deal Wednesday ending certain terms of Eastman Kodak Co.'s inkjet printer supply agreement with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., with Samsung agreeing to pay the debtor $36.9 million in subsidies and reimbursement.
