Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 8:35 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Friday refused to give logistics and transportation company Grocery Haulers Inc. the green light to pursue employee layoff claims against bankrupt The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. Inc., ruling that an automatic stay rightly shields the supermarket giant from such suits.
