Universal Health Care Appointed Ch. 11 Trustee

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge on Friday authorized the appointment of a trustee to oversee the Chapter 11 reorganization of Universal Health Care Group Inc., the health-maintenance organization forced into state receivership and currently under investigation for fraud and mismanagement.
