Trucking Co. To Unload $11.6M In Drivers' Wage Settlement

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Interstate trucking company CRST Van Expedited Inc. agreed Monday to pay $11.6 million to settle claims that it paid a class of thousands of drivers less than minimum wage during mandatory training programs and made them sign unfair employment contracts.
