Microsoft Asks 9th Circ. To Spurn German Xbox, Windows Ban

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday asked the Ninth Circuit to uphold a ruling blocking Motorola Mobility Inc. from enforcing a German court's ban on Xbox and Windows products, saying a trial court properly exercised its jurisdiction in the patent licensing dispute.
