Ohio Medical Pot Co. Demands Action On Expansion Request

Fire Rock Ltd. told a state court on Thursday that the Ohio Department of Commerce has refused to consider its February application despite a clear legal mandate to either grant or deny the request, leaving the grower stuck in limbo and unable to meet patient demand.
