Okla. Fights Challenge To State's Pot Tracking Method

Law360 (June 2, 2021, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority has rebuked a Tulsa cannabis dispensary for bringing what it called an incoherent and spurious challenge to the state's deal to partner with Metrc LLC to track licensees' marijuana inventory.

In a pair of briefs filed in state court Tuesday, the cannabis regulator said that Dr. Z Cultivation LLC's proposed class action should be substantially pared down and that its bid for a temporary injunction blocking the seed-to-sale tracking regime should be tossed altogether.
