Pot Delivery Co. Eaze Again Escapes $1M Ad Fee Suit

By Sarah Jarvis (July 14, 2021, 6:55 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge on Tuesday dismissed an amended lawsuit against pot delivery company Eaze and its subsidiary over $1 million in unpaid advertising fees, saying an ad company once again failed to show that the court has jurisdiction over the defendants.

U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown said in an opinion Tuesday that Oregon-based advertiser Billups Inc. did not establish personal jurisdiction over Eaze and Hometown Heart, a cannabis delivery company that Eaze partially owns.
