Bank Tells 11th Circ. Irrelevant Evidence Backed $3M Ruling

Law360, Miami (December 6, 2017, 9:36 PM EST) -- One of Guatemala's largest banks urged the Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday to reverse a $3.3 million jury verdict a Miami-based corporate finance advisory firm won against it for reneging on contract fees, saying the trial court's judgment was based on irrelevant evidence it should have excluded.
