EPA Cleared To Seek $1.3M From GE In CERCLA Suit
A federal judge has granted summary judgment to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a lawsuit against General Electric Co. over a Superfund site, saying the costs of $1.3 million in cleanup actions are not time-barred and that the agency can move forward with seeking reimbursement from GE in a future suit.
