Microsoft Corp. and Datel Design & Development Inc. on Friday settled their patent and antitrust battle over video game controllers and accessories for Microsoft's Xbox 360 video game system.

Microsoft Corp. has won a bid to force Datel Holdings Ltd. to produce documents and sample products in a suit accusing the computer giant of pushing Datel out of the market for Xbox 360 accessories.
