    CIT Won't Halt Repayment Of Peanut Duties To Insurer

    The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday refused to stop International Fidelity Insurance Co. from enforcing a Texas federal court's order directing Sweet Little Mexico Corp. to repay the $1.6 million it shelled out to cover duties on peanuts for the importer.
