    Closed Chrysler Dealership Owes Unpaid Employee Benefits

    A closed Chrysler Group car dealership will pay previously missed pension and welfare benefits over a five-year period for six unionized mechanics it tried to move to another location, an Illinois federal judge ruled Tuesday, determining the dealer violated the Employment Retirement Income Security Act.
