Kellogg Settles 5-Year Wage Class Action
Kellogg Co. agreed to pay $550,000 to resolve a 5-year-old suit by workers at five factories who alleged the company broke federal labor law by not paying them for time spent walking from the changing rooms where they put on their uniforms to the time clocks where they punched in and out, according to a motion filed Wednesday.
