SEC Wins $156M Judgment In Crown Forex Trading Scheme
A Minnesota federal judge ordered two jailed men convicted of aiding in a Crown Forex SA foreign-exchange Ponzi scheme to pay $156 million in disgorgement penalties and interest to the Securities and Exchange Commission, ruling Tuesday that a criminal trial showed the men reaped ill-gotten gains from unsuspecting investors.
