SAP, Versata Agree To Settle $391M Patent Dispute
Versata Software Inc. and SAP America Inc. agreed to settle a long-running patent dispute in Texas federal court on Friday, following the Federal Circuit's decision not to nix a $391 million infringement judgment against SAP in June.
