    Schneider To Pay $3.5M To End Mechanics' OT Suit

    Schneider National Carriers Inc. on Monday agreed to shell out $3.5 million to settle a consolidated class action brought by its California mechanics who allege the trucking company violated labor laws by failing to pay workers for overtime and provide them with meal and rest breaks.
