    Judge Doubts $2.75M Fee In FedEx Worker Class Deal

    A California judge on Monday expressed doubts about approving $2.75 million in attorneys' fees for plaintiffs who reached an $8.25 million class action settlement with Federal Express Corp. over the company's failure to provide workers with accurate itemized wage statements, saying the request seemed too high.
