DHL, Hellmann Cleared For $53M Exit Of Price-Fixing Suit
A Brooklyn federal judge on Friday gave his final approval to a pair of settlements totaling over $53.5 million from several DHL Express companies and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Inc. over claims of an international price-fixing scheme for freight forwarding services, the final deals in a class action expected to net well over $406 million.
